Lodging at Synod Assembly is not included in your congregational or individual registration. Voting members and visitors are responsible for booking their own hotel stay directly through the hotel links below or their own dorm stay through Cal Lutheran – telephone and e-mail address below.
Hotels
Synod Assembly hotel information will be available soon. If you would like to secure your housing now, however, we recommend using a website such as expedia.com or travelocity.com. Use the location “California Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks, California.” We suggest choosing a hotel within five miles of the California Lutheran University campus.

Cal Lutheran requires that male and female Residence Hall guests who are not members of the same family to be housed in separate suites, and that the parents of Residence Hall guests who are under the age of 18 must fill out a waiver.
Due to the presence of people with a severe latex allergy, items such as latex balloons and gloves are not allowed in the dorms.
Please note that California Lutheran University is an alcohol-free and non-smoking campus.
