Pastor Theodore “Ted” Meyers passed away after a long battle with cancer Born June 6, 1938, Theodore Meyers graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1960 with a BA in History and from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in 1965. He was ordained September of that year, and went on to earn an MA in Psychology in 1972 from Pepperdine University in Malibu.
Pastor Ted served at Shepherd of the Hills, Diamond Bar from May of 1967 until his retirement in February of 2001, working at the same time as the director of mental health for a group home.
Pastor Meyers is survived by his wife Karen, a son, and a daughter.
